Payment Policy
- A deposit of 30% of the entire stay is required upon reservation, refundable until 22 days prior to arrival.
- Payment of 70% balance 14 days prior to arrival, non-refundable.
- In case of full prepayment, a 10% discount applies on the official rates, non-refundable in case of cancellation.
Cancellation Policy
- From time of reservation to 22 days prior to arrival, no cancellation fees apply
- 21 to 15 days prior to arrival, 30% of the cost of the entire stay is charged
- 14 days prior to arrival, 100% of the cost of the entire stay is charged
- In case of no-show or departure prior to the scheduled date the total amount of the stay is charged
